I contacted seller, here is a pic. I'm looking for older. These look to be is excellent, near mint condition. If I recall, The Horseshoe changed to these chips around 2002 until around 2007 when Harrah's bought them. Then they went to the blue Binion's chip.

Correction to above. According to chipguide, they issued this chip in 2004 and the blue chip came about in 2005. So worst case, these were in use for only a year.

I've been texting this seller and he has many more chips to sell. I encouraged him to join PCF and post some sales, but he seemed uninterested. He sent me images of the other chips. I will post some images and his contact info in case anyone is interested. Additionally, he seems to have a reasonable understanding of the value of hi chips.

Yes, these were the last chips for Binion's Horseshoe. They were cool because there were 4 or 5 different inlay designs for the $1.
