So having just gotten myself a glowforge laser cutter I've been playing with wood, leather, cork, and now acrylic. Still need to figure out the best way to make the wood base to hold the plaque but I threw this one together just to test.

Looks awesome!!

Wonder if there'd be a way to etch into the acryllic storage cases without having to completely destroy and reassemble them.

Unfortunately the limitation is more on the depth of an object, I can etch on objects up to 2" deep.

Ah dang, figured this may be the case (no pun!). Would likely need to completely unglue and then reglue, which would be a pain

Been playing with the laser nonstop, too much fun. Here's a few more pieces I've made not including a bunch of tabletop game stuff.

If anyone wants some acrylic pieces, cork coasters or such I'm open to doing some custom pieces.

Wow these look amazing!

I’d wager a guess and say a lot of members here would be interested in semi-custom dealer buttons, plaques, tournament trophies/plaques, or even lammers (small blind, missed blind, money behind, etc)
