A 400-chip single-table 10-player tournament set can be structured several ways. These are all proven breakdowns with efficient chip usage:

T25-base -- 12/12/5/6 T10K starting stacks (200BB with 25/50) and 100% re-buys, or up to T25K stacks (500BB) and no re-buys:
120 x T25
120 x T100
50 x T500
75 x T1000 (includes color-ups for T25/T100)
35 x T5000 (includes color-ups for T500 and re-buys/larger stacks)

While technically this is accurate and works…what the hell are you doing suggesting someone have a set where denominations aren’t full barrels?! This needs to AT LEAST be 120/120/60/80/40. My “OCD personality” is sooooo not happy with you.

If you ever saw my chip closet, you'd more be wondering wth I'm doing suggesting someone build a 400-chip set in the first place. Nearly all of my sets have been at least three-four times that big.

And note that multiplying all those values by 5 creates not just even barrels, but full racks across all denominations.
