Can we see a shot of your red and yellow game plaques?

What did you think of the high end plastics? I know they’re mainly used in UK and Europe Casinos. They’re more what I was used to before Paulsons.

Which was your favourite manufacturer of the high end plastics?

Hard to say, they all had at least one feature I couldn’t live with. If I had to choose I’d say the B&Gs as they weren’t slippery. Way too heavy though.

The casino used Abiattis were horribly slippery. I had a barrel of new ones at one point and they were better but still too slippery for my taste. Great colors though. Matsuis are also way too slippery, although I hear the 43mms are better. The Bud Jones stacked well but had a suction effect that made them difficult to shuffle.

Cheers for that, think I will end up buying a set of plastics one days, as me and my friends grew up using them in casinos and you get that nostalgia from them. I was torn between B&G and abiatti, but I think you’ve helped solidify my position with your comment.

Thanks, and great sets.
