So... I've been toying around with some ideas for custom labeled blank CCs as an entry level set. I like the colors and patterns of the Royals better than Majestic or Milano, but I'm not sure how I feel about the larger size. Anyone have experience playing with the 43mm? What are the Pros and Cons?

I've been really favoring the cali colors lately, especially in the royal blanks, so I did a mockup with those. I would appreciate any feedback on both the label design and color combination.

The 25c seem off with the rest of line-out. I felt the green $25 or red $5 quite make a interesting 25c in this line out

Also I think it will better to increase the font size and Bold it to make it clearly

Overall the design of the inlay is very neat and clean, I liked it

I have a friend who hosts multi-table tournaments with Royals and I think that the larger size has very little impact if any on shuffle ability or chip tricks. I agree with Eloe that you should make the value a bit larger/bolder. Otherwise, it looks great and I do not think you will be disappointed!

I think it’s a great line-up although there is some concern with dirty stack issues between the frac and the $1.

I really like 43mm chips and Royals are very nice chips indeed. Some people don’t like the special smell that CCs have but myself I don’t mind it.

I tried several other fonts and couldn't find one that worked well with the other. There is no bold option, but I did increase the size by 20%. I didn't want to go any larger because I've also done a tournament set with the same label and I wasn't able to go any larger and still get the 5000 to fit. I was hoping to keep the font size consistent all the way up.

This is much better IMO and should be good to go.

With the simplicity and elegance of you design and the use of a light serif font for the “casino” name I would give a San-serif font like Oswald Heavy a try for the denom and see if you like that.
