1 rack of excellent condition Emperor $5 RHC chips.
All chips (except 1) currently have an overlabel. I got these labels from a previous CT seller, he was trying a new kind of laminate on them, and it seems to have made the labels shrink. I can remove the labels if you’d like.

Price on the rack is $255 USD plus shipping.
Shipping from Canada is $23 to the US, including tracking.

These chips remind me a little of the ACF paulson T500 chip

Bought one chip from Spinettis. PayPal flagged it as a violation of trade sanctions against North Korea. They canceled the order, sent me a threatening reply and likely reported it to Homeland Security. So...I’m on another government list.
