Took a chance I'm pretty sure these are the Elite chips. I grabbed 60 of each color.

I've spoken to this seller before. I think he had 4 racks originally. If he had had 5 I would've picked them up but didn't want 80 of each Adidas color haha.

Yes. It looks like there is room for a label. Ill find out soon enough.
