Who made these before CPC got the mold? What are thoughts on these?

Bud Jones. They’re as good as any other clay chip IMO. Like the way the feel and shuffle. Don’t remember their average weight but they did feel less than 10g IIRC

I thought they were always made by Burt Co/ASM/CPC and were distributed by Marion and Co.

They could be. I might be confusing them with a different mold. I don’t keep up too much on mold history and ownership

Correct. Still owned by Marion afaik.
