El Nido Poker Room - My new CPC scrown set (1 Viewer)

Precisely what I did. Best CPC color imo. Perfect choice for the limit set @RainmanTrail. Still can't get over the 20 though. Never would've thought to put purple on black but it just plain works. Love it
DG peach $5 in my upcoming order and black with lavender in the set after that. Great minds think alike!

I’d probably only want a barrel if I ever considered it. I’m more curious how it’s done. Looks like a magic trick.
Instead of punching out spots that end at the edge they just punch out dots in the chip. It's much more laborious to do because there's a high error rate, getting the spots in/out is more difficult, etc, but it's no magic trick.

That's why it's so hard to get David to make them--they are very difficult to manufacture and can be fragile. So, somebody just ordering a few hundred chips for their first CPC set isn't going to get any, because they may complain about the fragility, and the cost would be prohibitive to make them for such a small set.

Very cool.

I’m curious, are there many examples of the dots being used at casinos? Has Paulson ever done this?

Paulson did make two sample chips of this sort of thing but I don’t know of any examples being used in a casino. Here’s one:

And the other I’ve only seen from I believe @mipevi, it’s some sort of black chip with yellow dots and a horse on it, IIRC.

I know there are a few examples of Burt/ASM having done this, though the only I can remember off the top of my head is this dunes chip:

And as I’m writing this I realize those might just be cancellation holes or ink marks of some sort, but you get the point. (Edit: definitely not clay dots)

I don't think those are spots on the Dunes chip. I think those are holes drilled out for cancelation.

Beautiful set. I know they are for different games, but the $1s and $2s look so nice next to each other.

Not to detail, but while watching the new "No Time To Die" movie, did I see an El Nido bar with a big lit up sign in one of the action scenes where Bond and his two female agents have a huge shoot out with bad guys?

Holy Moly!
Limit set is Outstanding!

And I don’t care what any one says those $500 are pure MAGIC!

I like lower denominations, from 25 up there are too complex for my taste.
Apart from 100s. I do like white hundos..

Great set of chips and customized the way you want them. Makes playing poker at home seem so much more professional.
