The last time I used the eBay coupon, eBay took the hit on the discount. The sale summary that the seller packed in the box I got (of poker chips, of course) showed the total before the eBay coupon was applied. I'm not even sure the seller knew about the coupon I was using.

Someone will have a better idea but seemed like 1-2 per quarter. Usually in 2nd/3rd month based on the last 6 months.
