Yeah, any club or heart makes a flush, although any 5, 8, 9, or Ace also makes the nut full house (or quads) for the AA hand.
 
Is it really drawing dead? They still have the 7 spades for the tie..or am I missing something?
 
I dont see how 22 or 33 gets to the river here. they couldnt have had odds to call flop & turn with all those hands. even implied odds.
 
Several of the hands could have folded by the turn and still leave "Hero" with no outs. Those hands don't have any equity, they just become blockers / dead cards that can't fall on the river to save Hero.

If this hand were played at a $1/$2 limit table . . . . . well sure it could have happened this way. -=- DrStrange
