Both responses here are right, 5c/10c with 5c/25c/$1 chips makes the most sense for a $10 BI game (unless you want to play a tournament), but without knowing what chips you have and how many people you expect we can't give you the right answer. Do you expect people to re-buy much also?
Can you also let us know the quantity of each color you have ?
Since usually, in these breakdown, you have lots of white and red, I would use the standard color convention (which is a good idea if you have non-denominated chips) :
White = $1
Red = $5
Green = $25
Blue = $50
Black = $100
You give each player $100 worth of chips and use blinds $1-$1.
You just buy 100 worth of chips for $10 and apply the same conversion for cash outs.
You can also simply use :
White = 10c
Red = 50c
Green = $2.5
Blue = $5
Black = $10
But using non-standard color-value on non-denominated chips is not something I'd do.
