I bought these ASM/ Maybe CPC Chips because the price was right. The claim: They were a crew gift on the filming of the movie from production.
I did email David to see if he knew. But I know many of you here have a vast amount of knowledge.

Neat gift, if it's true. Does the font match any of the official promo material for that movie, like posters, press packets, etc.?

Ocean's Eleven came out in 2001, so that would have been during the ASM period, when it was still Atlantic Standard Molding run by Jim Blanchard.

I'm inclined to believe the crew gift story, because I can't imagine anyone unaffiliated with the film commissioning such a lackluster design. If they'd been ordered by someone who was just a fan of the movie, they would have made it a lot more interesting and splashy. I bet. But I have no idea myself, of course.
