I don't mind the guy. I enjoyed following his daily vlogs during the WSOP. Turns out, those may confirm his finish in the tournament in question and cost him his POY, tho. Lol.

I watched his WSOP vlogs as well as the recent WSOPE vlogs.

He seems to be taking this pretty well but I'd be pissed. He went to Europe with the sole objective of winning POY and played events only for points. Had he known the point situation ahead of time he may have played differently or may not have played at all. WSOP themselves congratulated him on the win before the backtrack!

Marketing, branding, he's taking a page from Helmuth and making himself worth money by just being "good, POY, etc." I don't blame him for it, the fields are huge and the young crushers are crushing souls. Gotta make that green somehow
