i remember seeing a post about ways to make your cup holders sit well in the rail. suggestions were cup holder rings, cnc etc. i slapped a quick table together on a severe time deadline and what i learned is if you use a 3-1/2” hole saw and pivot it around in a circle while cutting, it makes a perfect press fit (for jumbos). test each one before doing your foam/vinyl wrap. i cut the vinyl and foam in place about 1/2” smaller, and tapped the cup holders in with a wood block. this was my first time building a decent table with actual poker table supplies, and it might not be “proper” but i thought i’d share.

Looks great, man! 5” rail?
thanks! 6” i believe. i wasn’t happy with the under edges and the uneven inside curves,so i ended up redoing the vinyl using a heat gun and stretching. it looks better now. it was well worth pulling the 700 staples.
