Considering using the Sycuans as $10s (.05/.25/1/5/10) breakdown, but a little worried about the white vs yellow, given they both have brown edgespots. Should I be worried? Pics are in bright natural light, so will post some in a bit more artificial lighting this evening.

I don’t think they are bad. Unless you are playing by candlelight that is. The spot size is so different that it really stands out.

Thank you to everyone for the feedback so far! Will wait till it gets darker here and post some more pics of what the chips look like in lower light.

I will be the voice of dissent; I don't think they're dirty. They look clear and visible when mixed in.

Looks good and easily identifiable. But as you noted - low lighting may be a different story.

Was gonna make a joke about the yellow chip mixed in with the HSI snappers, but that crap is no joke.

Nighttime update! Here are some pics in nighttime at 2700k lighting. Room is definitely a bit darker than your typical card room, but it’s probably similar to the lighting would be in a game I hosted.

In my experience you'll likely have the occasional dirty stack issue. I've noticed that a shared/similar colour can sometimes be enough if the chips are the same shade (white/yellow for you, I had the issue with black/purple with the black having a purple spot).
