Diamond Dice (2 Viewers)

I have a pair of die with diamonds in a snakeskin pouch. I was told it was from an 1890-1930's traveling kit but don't know for sure. Have you ever seen anything like this?

I had 3 places check and tell me that the diamonds are real. But, I was also told they were from the late 1800's but also told 1930's.

The latest collector I had them checked out with told me the diamonds were too good that they were an top end CZ and the material used was plastic so they're not that old... but he was going to give me 40$ it didn't sound right.
