Denver Coin Convention (1 Viewer)

Well, I went to the first day of the event today and bought every poker chip I saw.....
It started slow with just a Bud Jones $5 and a gold Grand Casino Coushatta, LA "Wildlife series" coin
But then I stumbled into most of the others including 16 (soon to be 20) "New Sonny's" casino $2 Paulson. And a really cool Year of the Dragon gold and silver coin that is ~45mm.
Really got me excited for the actual casino chip convention in June!!

Has anyone else ventured into the collectible coin and bill arena to find chips? I was definitely out of my element.... if someone showed me a penny and said it was worth $1000, I would have to believe them.....

I'm also a fan of the Midnight Rose $1s, I have 1 or 2 myself.

But then I stumbled into most of the others including 16 (soon to be 20) "New Sonny's" casino $2 Paulson.

I seem to recall someone selling a couple racks of New Sonny's on PCF classifieds in the last year or 6 months,....maybe it was on eBay. IIRC, there was one rack of $1s and one rack of $2s. Don't remember if they ever sold or not.
