Finally getting the new CPS tourney chips into play. Cards fly at 6 pm tonight. I ended up with 13 players. Its a very interesting mix. There are at least 4 players that hardly every play, including my 25 year old daughter and my mother.

I was hoping for a few more players (even more that play cash) but we will see.

Cards are at 6, entry fee is 20 bucks and a dish to pass. Any PMC'ers that want to make a quick road trip just holler...........:)

Chaosrock and one other guy might come out if there is a cash game.

Everything looks awesome Bill!! I'm sure it will be a heck of a tourney...

I so wish I could make it there in time for the game... It's not often my wife takes precedent over poker but her birthday is indeed one of those occasions... LOL!

Depending on what time I'm done with the 'celebrations' I'll txt you to see how things are progressing and might stop by for some cash...

Good luck and have a blast!!

Was a great time, everything worked out wonderful. Good people, food and booze. I seriously want the recipe for the dip your daughter made! That was all I ate all night. Thanks Bill.

I only took two pictures. I ended up getting drunk and having my worse lost in a cash game in a couple of years.

I got a ton of compliments on the chips. By the end of the night they were already starting to shuffle.

Great fun!

I ended up getting drunk and having my worse lost in a cash game in a couple of years.

^^^^ Everything else equal, hosting tourneys and cash carries a little -EV compared to attending other's events (poker only). You gain some of that back (and maybe even more) in terms of 'fun' EV, convenience, etc... Furthermore, you've been a big winner in games you host so you're just giving a little back, that's all! ;)

That's great people liked the PCS! I put mine in play Wednesday for the first time and players liked them also... By the end of the night all the chips that I hadn't oiled were looking exactly the same as the oiled ones, colors popping 10x more... And the chips also started to shuffle a lot better after just a few minutes of play...

I will have to try and make the drive out that way sometime in the near future for one of your guy's games now that weather is less of an issue. :)
