No need to enter me in this great giveaway; I just wanted to share a little (hopefully remembered correctly) history on these cards.

Palm Gaming made these for the Daytona card room, but for some unknown reason they were never put into play. So Joe @ PGI was stuck with them, and he ended up selling or giving away most of them to us, though I can't remember if it was here or on CT.

I probably still have a couple decks in a box somewhere.

I used to really dislike these chips (and the dog chips that preceded them), especially since they were often kept in play until most of the printing was gone and they were white.

But given the garbage they use at Orange City, I'd be happy to go back to them!

To add to the story of these decks, they considered the white dots on the back of the decks as defects in the print design. Essentially meaning some cards could be "marked".

If someone in a casino looked closely and paid attention, there was a possibility of using those marks to cheat. This is why the casino rejected them.

I had bought a bunch of these at the time. Playing with trusted friends at home should not be a problem.

Correct. I had several decks and they were great for regular games with the family but would not use them at Poker. They also seemed brittle and will crack on the edges after minimal use.
