Dash cam recomendations (1 Viewer)

It has been recommended in my thread asking about an incident my wife had with a police officer that I get a dash cam and a rear viewing cam.
I am looking for recommendations for a system that works well and is easy to operate.

I have this one. Front facing and rear facing. Haven't needed it, so really can't recommend, but the video is excellent.

Viofo a129 or Street Guardian SG9663DCPro. I highly reccomend avoiding anything with batteries which deteriorate in the heat. You'll also want to get "endurance" SD cards as constant video writing wears them out quicker.
