Hi - I am looking for the best company for some custom poker chips for my buddy and his wedding. Who would you guys recommend? Also, I’m assuming clay? Is there a place you’d recommend for a great case as well?

Thanks fir your help!

Clay would be CPC, but customs can take many months. Ceramics can be done pretty quickly, and BR Pro Poker would be your choice there.

How good of a friend is this? A custom set of clay chips from CPC for a 500 or 600 chip cash set will run over a grand for even the least expensive options they offer.

Thank you for your response! And is CPC Classic Poker Chips?
Thanks again!

He's my best friend, but we can definitely put a price on that!

Best quality at reasonable cost that can be done relatively quickly: fully customizable ceramic chips from BR Pro.

Cheaper options exist, but they have very long lead times (dealing with overseas shipping) or are poorer quality (lower end injection molded plastics).

That sounds great! As far as the clays go though, Classic Poker Chips are the way to go? Thanks again!

Classic Poker Chips is the best custom clay option. Your problem will be timing and budget if you want the best clay customs you can buy for your buddy. If you email CPC, David Spragg is very quick to respond and you can ask him what mold you could get in line for the fastest. Of course you would need to then get your chips set up and a design done.

Alternatively, while not fully customized, they sell very nice stock sets such as the Rounders and Chesterfields that you could probably get fairly quickly.

For cases, a good Versa games case will do. For transportability of lots of chips the Viper is the bomb IMO, but it will also take awhile since it is from down under.

There are cheaper options out there as well.

As far as clays, they are the ONLY way to go. But wait can easily be a year depending on mold rotation. And custom design for these can (and should) be developed over a reasonably long period of time, too.
