Alright! I've been drooling over plaques for a while and wanted something that would fit my cdi05. So i reached out to @Quicksilver-75 and asked him for help. As the silver tounged devil is by far my absolute favourite design, i really hoped he would be kind enough to help out a no name with 30-40-something posts here at pcf. Turns out Steve is an awesome guy! He also made the plaques way cooler than i had hoped. I'm thrilled with the proofs and can only hope the end result will do them justice. But we will see in a couple of weeks as the first batch is in production right now. I will make sure to post photos here when they show up.
In the end i decided to just order some 10k plaques at this time. They will fit best with the 2k gear labeled chip i use in my games, but i do plan on making the other denoms later on. Also it will probobly be easier to get away with a small order when the wifey asks what's in the box from korea...
Prices are actually fairly reasonable as long as you order more than just a few. Making 5 or less quickly becomes quite cost prohibitive.
Anyway, pcf is a great place and it would be nice to be able to pay it forward and let any other cdi owner appealed by these use the proofs themselves. Steve supported this idea if anybody is concerned, with him being the guy that actually did all the fancy stuff.
You will need some sort of ziped AI. file to send to msk. Hopefully quicksilver can attach those in a reply to this thread so we don't have to bother him more. I'm sure he is fed up with casino the isthmus city plaques by now.
