Custom Cash Majestic Colours (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

I'm currently in contact with Gear and P5woody regarding getting my first ever set of cash chips, and I want custom labelling.

Now I'm sort of working backwards as with the Majestics I really like the black, orange and green in that order and will have 25p, £1, £5 and £20 chip denominations for 25p/25p and 25p/50p blinds. The £20's are to help with any future expansion.

As I said, i'm working backwards and because I like the black chip the most, I'm considering it as my £1 as this chip will be our 'workhorse' I would imagine. However in the UK black is more often a much higher denomination, so does anyone think its a sin/mistake to go for that?

So currently it looks like this:

• 25p - Orange
• £1 - Black
• £5 - Green
• £20 - Not sure, maybe brown or pink

I know there is not a right or wrong answer, but I'm so so new to this and really indecisive. I've gone through what feels like every thread on the search feature too!

Do whatever you are happy with. I have a big Majestic limit set, whites are ncvs (we use as either .25 or €1), oranges are €5, greens are €25, purples are .05. Super happy! Good chips for a good price.

Always make yourself happy first. They're called custom chips and inlays for a reason.

Besides, it already looks like you're plan is to deviate completely from the norm across the entire set, so go nuts and do exactly what you wish.

If your players are experienced and nimble, the colors won't matter as long as they don't result in dirty stacks. However, if your players are easily confused (include alcohol into the mix it it is consumed during your games) then sticking with standard colors is the best way to avoid confusion and unhappy players.

Do you have any photos by any chance? Especially when the chips are stacked, that when you get a really good view of them!

I'm glad you are happy with them, these are my standout choice for cash as I'm going CPS for my tournament set, so didn't want CPS cash as well!
