I have one more question. I already realized that I would make a round cradle for chips. But which diameter is better? I planned 39.5 mm. But, now I am inclined to 40. Otherwise, I will not be able to insert other chips there, only clay chips. What advice can you give here? Based on your experience using cases.

I would not want them to stagger too much, but it would be foolish if they did not fit. Or with a very large diameter, they will rattle?

I wouldn't go much larger than your chip diameters. You don't want your chips loose in there.
