Clearly your collection of GIF's is vastly different than mine. I am now wondering what kind of websites you frequent besides PCF? Or more accurately, genuinely terrified of what kind of websites you frequent besides PCF.:wtf:

Hello everyone,

I wanted to provide another update on our progress.

We're happy to report that we are up and running and actively working on our current orders. It's been a long road getting everything operational, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and support everyone has shown throughout the process.

At this time, our team and resources are fully focused on completing existing orders as efficiently and responsibly as possible. Our goal is to continue making steady progress while maintaining the quality and service standards our customers expect.

We anticipate being ready to begin accepting new orders within the next couple of weeks. Once we are prepared to do so, we will make an announcement and provide additional details.

In the meantime, we respectfully ask that customers refrain from emailing or contacting us to place new orders before we are officially ready to accept them. While we understand the excitement and interest, our current focus needs to remain on fulfilling existing commitments and ensuring a smooth transition back to full operations.

Thank you again for your continued patience, understanding, and support. We're excited to be moving forward and look forward to serving both our current and future customers.

Yours truly,

Classic_Giraffe

The communication is appreciated and the pictures are awesome, but many people like to reveal their own chips/sets in due time themselves (or sometimes not at all). I would suggest getting their permission in the future before posting.

That said, if I were their owner I'd love to have process pics. That would be the shit. (Wish I had any from David when my set was being made.)

Thanks and GL

(FDL set looks sick btw, whoever that belongs to.)

Looks like DSQ and FDL mold are pressing at the moment. Is there a loose schedule as to when Jockey mold will be pressing? I have an order in for that mold. However, I'll be on vacation in a month and don't want my chips sitting outside in July heat on my porch if delivered when I'm away, not to mention the risk of theft.

Happy to discuss privately if there is a better place to discuss this inquiry. Thanks!

Great suggestion, but it's pretty obvious that no one from CPC is reading anything in this thread. I guess we should feel blessed to just get a post, even though doesn't it say almost exactly the same thing as the last post??? Other than the pics, it wasn't much of an update.

Good luck, but like I said above, I doubt that they are going to see your message, and they specifically asked us not to email, so I suspect you are SOOL. The post above was clearly one way communication, not an invitation for two way discussion.

They asked that no one email them about new orders. Now that chips are in production, I would not hesitate to reach out with regards to shipping time frame concerns/restrictions for existing orders.

Very promising to finally see some conpressed clay, hopefully we'll start seeing shipping notices soon

Right, my inquiry was to where I can send such an email. Under the previous regime we emailed David and he got back to us within a day, even on weekends. I don't know where to send such an inquiry.

Doesn't hurt to ask, right?

Well, there is the one from the home page ([email protected]), but I don't know how responsive Mike is compared to David. I'm probably going to send an email about the current schedule myself, as I'd like to know when my CSQ order (leftover from Maine) will be running - I'm sharing your sentiments when it comes to shipping in the summer etc.

@JMC9389 I would start here, any updates I've gotten from Mike have come through that email. I wouldn't expect Spragg-like response times, but then again I wouldn't expect those crazy response times from pretty much any modern business, he never slept.

Given how the communication has gone to date, whoever does reach out, please post an update here. I think having one or two people reach out via email with this type of inquiry would be more effective than 30 people bombarding them with the same question. I may be in a similar boat in several weeks, so I'm curious what they say.
