CPC mockup - Island Theme (1 Viewer)

Also - the only reason I say regular pink is because you told me you wanted to stick to more muted tones.... but DG pink is one of the best CPC colors.

With regular pink that 5 will really be the star though

Agreed, and while the 5 is a DG color, it is toned down a bit with the white and low contrast oranges. While I love me some dg pink I think the set will balance better with regular pink.

I think I am fine/happy with the $5 being the star of the show because the surrounding chips can hold their own too. While I think Dayglo Pink is in the top 5 best CPC colors I don't think it would fit the best overall given the muted color/old school theme.

Also I think I have been convinced to do shaped inlays lol. Just when I thought my wallet was safe. NOPE :bigbucks:

Did you just order or have chips in hand already? I’d love to see how you used pink in your set.
Remember the 0.5g average difference between weighted and non-weighted base colours.

I think either Pink or DG Pink will work in this case. I went with Pink for my set.

Standard Pink VS Dayglo Pink: Although it is subtle in the mockup, in person you can definitely see the difference. Overall fits the idea better. This might be the winning lineup since we are coming down to crunch time. Also the shaped inlays are killer.

Was debating between making a limited amount or taking orders on the sample set. Limited would be 10-20ish and then order base would be whatever it ends up being.

These look great (especially like the $5 colour combo), is this the appropriate place to request a sample set. ;)

Maybe I'll start a separate thread to see the interest. Also don't want to ship out 50+ samples

I hate sending lots of small packages but I do it all the time with the cut cards. I will have a few to trade with friends and am going to do a set number and then a random number draw if there is excess interest. Then do a charity auction for another set.

Just finished up with @timinater, and I think everything is final. Thanks for all the help from you guys on what looked good and what didn't. Huge shoutout to @Eloe2000 as we started working on this months ago and finally got around to a final product. He went above and beyond with mockups and input for the whole set. Also @JeepologyOffroad for answering all my questions and color ideas (butterscotch  )

I am going to start a new thread for those of you who would like to purchase a sample of the Castaway Casino Set. Most likely going to end up being around $30-35 shipped CONUS and to Canada at cost.

I might put a cap on the amount being made just so I can avoid the madness of reshipping a ton. That being said maybe nobody wants a sample and I am just crazy lol.

Also plan on having cut cards and dealer buttons made but that is for another time down the road.

Will post a link shortly to new thread once I get around to it.
