Hello everyone,

Just wanted to get some feedback on the CPC Chips that I designed. What you like/dislike. What might not work together as far as colors go. I don't have a sample set to compare so maybe some of the colors I chose will look bad together on the actual chips? Is the font to small on the inlay? Etc.

Thanks!

You need a color set to decide. The colors in the screen are brighter than in person.
I prefer more contrast between base color and spot. For exemple, the 5c chips with pink, retro lavender and charcoal, there isn't enough contrast for my taste.

Once again, I'll buy a color set first

I like these, the font may be a bit small
And I'd prefer to see the color swirl/back drop color matched to each chip
Thanks for your input! Yes I think your right about matching the color swirl with the chip color. And the font size. I will make some changes tonight.

I think you can possibly keep the sun swirl in the upper right corner, but color matching always seems to add a nice touch to a custom set.

Also back to the OP, I definitely would grab a loaner color sample if you have an opportunity to do so. CPC sells them but they are a bit pricey. The colors in real life vary quite a bit from on screen. There's also an option on CPCs design tool to change the back ground color so you can see what they will look like an alternative surface colors

Font is probably too small and too close to the edge of the inlay. I would consider adding a white circle around the inlay. Not everyone’s cup of tea but I think it really help a chip pop by creating separation.

I was going to suggest that the OP check CPC's artwork guidelines as the text appears to be too close to the edge... your suggestion solves this problem and it looks good also.
