CPC Chip price calculation spreadsheet (1 Viewer)

stocky has put together a spreadsheet to make it easier to calculate the price of orders yourselves without having to flip back between pages. He should be along shortly to post the link here and any details. :

Ok, so I put together a spreadsheet to help calculate to cost of making a custom set as I was forever skipping between screens to get prices and levels etc. It should be fairly straight forward to use, enter the amount of chips in each level for what mold and in the pink box it will have the extra charges, eg. Bright White premium or DG body premium.

Please note that this can not be used as a direct quote from CPC, it is intended as more of a guidline for purchasing a set.

This would be great if it were saved in an older excel format. Not all excel users can access .xlsx files.

I think you should change it to xls. That doubles the number of devices that can open it.

FYI everyone, I have made a mistake with levels 6+ the difference is only 1 or 2 cents but it isnt correct. As stated earlier this is only intended as a guide so just be aware.

If I'm not mistaken, there would have to be sales tax collected if shipping within the state of Maine... (how many times has that happened ever?) Otherwise inter-state sale, no tax.

Generally in the US, companies with a brick and mortar presence in a state must collect state sales tax for online or mail orders from customers within that state. Amazon started charging tax in Texas a few years ago when they opened a warehouse near Dallas, despite having the HQ in Washington.

I could open it. Is there anything that needs updating? Hotstamp fees were the only thing I saw that might be missing.

Yeah we had to do the same thing. Our HQ is in Chicago but then we had sales reps who worked out of their home offices in FL so we had to charge FL sales tax from that point forward. But then we had reps in CT but didn't have to charge CT sales tax so maybe it differs by state...I donno.
