CPC A-Crest Stack Height? (1 Viewer)

Hi. I ordered some 39 mm A-Crest chips from CPC. In the time until the chips are ready, I want to build a poker case for 400 chips like this:

For this I need the exact height of 20 and 60 stacked chips. I also need to know whether the diameter is exactly 39 mm.

Diameter 39.6mm, thickness of a chip around 3.32mm (averaged over a stack of 5)
You will want to have some give on the stack sizes though, keep in mind you'll have to somehow get them out of the case again.

Edit: If you don't want to risk wasting a load of money on a case that just by a slight margin doesn't fit the chips, why not simply wait until the chips are there and send them a bunch so they can do their own measurements? Sure will give a better result, for they know exactly what has been measured and how much they then need to deviate from it to produce something that works.
