Flush
Self-dealt PLO6. 7-handed. There was some betting on the flop. Cutoff folded her six cards and accidentally got it mixed with the unprotected deck stub. Out of the 12 cards in that pile, it's no longer possible to distinguish which six were part of her discarded hand and which six were part of the stub.
What should we do? For reference, the house follows Robert's Rules of Poker with some support from TDA rules when applicable. Therefore, please don't say misdeal. There's too much significant action.
Quick overview of PLO6 (aka 6-Card Pot Limit Omaha Hi)
Same as regular Omaha, except with six individual hole cards. Community card game with the standard five card board. Must use exactly two from individual and three from the board to make the best five-card poker hand.
EDIT1: added clarity
