Just realized these are just Paulson colors, does anyone have a list of Paulson colors to Hex, Pantone, CMYK, etc, that I can use to help build design files?

Currently playing around with my first custom chip design for some cards mold at some point.

I've been scouring the forum for design ideas, and I really like the Empress Star Primary Tournament Set colorway and overall design. I dont have a sample of the chips (they look pretty hard to come by), but was wondering if anyone has the CMYK colors or Pantone colors used on the chips?

For reference

I think @Gear and most of the designers know the Paulson colors, for the purposes of color-matching labels
I guess that makes sense, it just dawned on me that the colors for the design tool are paulson colors. So I image someone has the CMYK link for those as well, or at least the HEX that can be translated. Thanks!

I'd be curious to see if you have any luck color matching the $5 and $1000. I have a couple of color matched sets and the bright colors (e.g., blaze orange and bright pink) seem to be tough to match.

Watching with interest!

I've seen some get pretty close.

@Eloe2000 card mold set utilizes some pretty bright colors: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/media/casa-mango-cards-mold-ceramic-set.21779/

and you can see a few more here: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/cards-mold-ceramic-chip-comparisons.72320/

plus there are a few examples of pretty bright colors on the card mold pr0n pages: https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/cards-molds-chips.61329/

And @Kid_Eastwood has assembled all the pantone colors used by the cards mold sellers https://www.pokerchipforum.com/thre...e-for-the-alibaba-seller-cards-mold-gb.61718/

On the flip side @Tommy is currently working on assembling a pantone guide for the paulsons https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/paulson-cmyk-color-project.10486/#post-156505

If we can get a comprehensive list of the Paulson pantone colors then we can (to a degree of accuracy for $0.30 chips) match Paulson colors on cards molds easily for the entire range.

I've also been digging trying to find a chart of Paulson to CPC as well, but they dont seem to match and the people who have gotten close have only done it for a fraction for the color ways. I also found this https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/cpc-colour-code-matching-list.52094/#post-983898

A few people have already used this to make Chesterfield of Teddy KGB colorway card molds around the forum. I'll try and keep this thread updated when I get more information. There is a ton out there on the sub, and its not really mine, but I haven't seen anyone put all these pieces together (publicly) yet. Then again I might not have the google skills that I think I do.

FWIW - The Casa Mango set you linked to only used colors that were on the original Bosco Aces color wheels which you can find in the Consolidated Cards Mold Master Thread OP. They are comparable in color saturation to the best Paulsons IMO in general, but there are a few specific colors/tones that they cant seem to nail.

I have a Taj Mahal replica set that I have ordered where I tried to replicate both Blaze Orange and Arc Yellow. Fingers crossed they turn out nicely.

Keep me updated on that. I'll go dig up the Bosco Aces color wheels and match them to what I'm currently consolidating. After I'm done I plan on posting my spread sheet with the information I've dug up.

FWIW the colors I am attempting for blaze and arc are:

Blaze: 0-74-100-0
Arc Yellow: 0-35-100-0

I forgot how I landed on those but I think it was partially based on other peoples recommendations but more so from finding the CMYK equivalent of specific Pantone colors.

Right now I'm pulling the hex from the Fantasy Chip Design Tool. based on that I'm getting

Blaze Orange: #FF6600 & 0-60-100-0
Arc yellow: #FF9933 & 0-40-80-0

So pretty close to what you are trying
