I've had a fun two days... basically, Christmas in April. A lot of unpacking. Boxes and bags everywhere.

But before cleaning up, I had to stack these on the table, snap some photos, and share...

Last week I purchased two sets.

First, an unused 44mm ASM Suicide King Club heads up set. Love the size, inlays and edge marks. They will be fun.




Second, my first Cali set (f*ckin finally) - Crystal Park Casino. All I will say is, holy sh*t, these are awesome. Very pleased with this decision and certainly no regerts. The look, sound and feel is now the best of my collection. Pink Floyd indeed. Glad I acted when they were available, and happy the opportunity presented itself. The 5's... seriously... my group will love them.





And last but not least, my long awaited non-denom, custom ceramic limit set arrived... this has been in the works since early January. My inspiration was the Santa Ysabel chips, with the name and story being personal to me and my brothers poker upbringing. I will post these in a few other threads too.

Special thanks to BRproPoker, particularly Kristil who worked with me and dealt with a lot of questions and adjustments. Another satisfied customer here. You can expect a very good review coming your way...

Loving the Crystal Park set a little more every time I see pics of them. I used to think yellow $5s were sorta meh, but they’ve really grown on me. Love your set. Nice score.

Yellow $5s are very nice, standard Cali colour. The problem is finding them (matched) in quantity, which is very very hard. The only Yellow $5 I have is a future customizable set on Prestige blanks that I have yet to come up with a theme for.

At this point, feels like a cheaper, more reliable option would just be to relabel other yellow chips that are more easily harvestable. Boulder Station 2s or Sycuan 2s seem like good candidates, but those definitely aren’t cheap...

The Crystal Park chips are amazing...definitely my favorite. I haven't had any problems finding $5 chips that match. I'm really amazed how many CP chips there have been for sale recently....there have been a lot of them! Congrats on your Cali CP set!

This is how I was too. I love Cali sets, but the yellow, black, charcoal trio didn't grab me at first. seeing the set together made me quit over thinking. All the colors are really great...and the larger chip 100 is a nice compliment.

Appreciate it, I am certainly impressed and can't wait to stack em in action.
