I will never understand people's love of these racks, but I like all the chips I see in them!
For showing off the chips and protecting them these are the best!!! ESP how the racks don’t sit on the chips it’s self makes it even better and you can show them off on a shelf or what not. But for functionality and going am using the chips weekly I agree I’d steer to racks itself
 
It’s the fact they fit both 39mm and 43/44mm oversized chips and when stacking chips for storage, there is no pressure points on any of the chips themselves
