Looks like it judging by the design. I don't have the those to compared. The only difference I see is the design on the backs. It says manufactured for CHIP AND GAMES by DA VINCI on the box.
Probably not the same Da Vinci that's a sub-brand of Modiano. Does the box say the cards are Made in China or Taiwan (or Italy)?

Those CLM ones have a different backing. The blue (or red) crosshatching goes all the way to the edge on the CLM whereas the Chips and Games ones have the border.

They probably are the same manufacturer. They have the same Ace design from what I can tell:

I think they're made by this manufacturer as listed in the Redneck Poker Card Database:

YANGZHOU JINYI Stationery Co., Ltd. (JSC) - China - Founded 1995 - https://www.gaojipoker.com/
Makers of GYT, Bird, Rungood, Neasyth, G-Club, Teskyer, & pretty much anything else that says "Made in China".

But it doesn't mean they'll have the same feel. The Cheapskate Card Shootout describes a couple from the same manufacturer and they have different feels/handling.

Anyway, hope this doesn't count as threadcrapping. Not trying to discourage or encourage, just posting info. GLWS.
