Does anyone have 20 mint THC and 20 mint HHR mold chips they can post of pic of side by side, so I can see the thickness comparison? I am having custom racks made, so it would be nice to see the difference. I have 20x A Mold, and they are almost a full chip higher than 20x THC.

Thickness can vary by chip color/denom within the same set, too. The yellows in my Armory tourney set are about a half a chip per barrel taller than my greens.

Your best bet on custom racks for HHR chips is to wait until you have the chips in-hand, then have the racks built to fit those specific chips. And as already noted, not all denominations may be the exact same size.

Agree with those above: They are going to vary a bit in thickness, so you should wait until you have the chips to order custom size racks.
These are new mint condition THC hot-stamped (from my secret stash, don't ask....)
There is a bit of play (not much) in a 66.7mm rack. Each barrel measured:

65.52mm
65.75mm
65.45mm
65.69mm
65.81mm

Hope that helps
