Has anyone ever used Sterling's Magic "all-purpose" cleaner? Spinettis sells it. Any experiences with it?

No, I have never heard of it. Let me know how it goes.

I use. Mostly for edge cleaning.
Sonic cleaner is great for the face of the chips, but for edges ... not so great.

I love this stuff. I'm using it to clean my horseshoe chips. I'll rub it on the chips and let it sit for a few minutes. Then use a very soft toothbrush with dish soap and water to very gently scrub the sterlings magic off. Rinse and dry. The stuff literally melts that nasty grime right off with little to no effort. Amazon wants $40 w/free shipping and Spinettis $25 + shipping is around $40. I found it much cheaper at bookrepairsupply.com for $14 + $6 shipping = $20 total.
