Mocking up a chip that matches the Texas Flag.

Texas Flag Colors = CPC colors

White = Bright White

Dark Red (Pantone 193C) = Red or Retro Red?

Royal Blue (Pantone 281C) = Blue, Retro Blue, Dark Blue?

Anyone with a color sample that could help out? What says you?

X2 - at one point I was looking at mocking up a chip to match the colors on the US flag (~same colors as Texas flag?) - Mandarin Red, Retro Blue & Bright White were the closest IMHO, based on the CPC color samples.

Unfortunately none of us can really say that one looks better than the other from what you see on your screen. Unless you have had your screen color calibrated each and every one of us will see the color in different shades. If anyone has a color sample and a PMS or CMYK color chart that can compare the sample chips to the color charts then we are all just guessing.
