Did a search, but couldn't find this answered. I got some sample sets from @brand and am loving how they shuffle.
Obviously the ceramic will be more durable to bumps and bruises, but does the matte finish hold up with continual use? I like the level of grip right now and am concerned they may wear down to a slippery puck. With the general love for the product I doubt it, but looking for peoples experience
 
Ceramic chips will last for decades in a home game setting. They takes years in a casino to wear down, with heavy 24-hour use..
 
I've been using a nevada jacks ceramics set around once a month for 14 years now and still can't see any signs of wear on them.

I found this forum a few months ago and now am firmly on the paulsons hype train, but I still can't say anything bad about my ceramics. Great value for your investment.

Thanks for the perspective. I'm looking more for full sets at this point so will probably go ceramic while I stalk classifieds for the full paulsons
 
That was not a sales pitch, those babies stay right where they are. ;)
