Hello Everyone,
We are new to the forum. Here is a little about us. Cavanio Game Chips was founded in 2019 with a simple mission: to produce premium game chips that are both beautiful and affordable. Our team of artists come from all over the globe, and we take pride in creating some of the most unique chips available on the market today. In 2023, we made our available to the public. In the summer/spring of 2023 we are launching the Cavanio Chip Club. A monthly chip subscription club.

What is a monthly chip subscription club?

Hi Kaimat,
We are working on a monthly chip subscription. The way it will work is every month those with a subscription would receive either a sample set of a newly released chips or a 100ct sample set depending on the subscription tier. We are still working out some of the details but that is the basics.
Cheers

Welcome to PCF, I tried to google Cavanio Chip Club and got zero information on it

You might want to considering add some link or photo of your works to create awareness

premium game chips
FYI, Premium is not lightly used here. A number of the members here consider retail “premium” stock as below average / non collectible

LeLe,
Thank you for the catch. By premium I should clarify. I mean retail premium mainly in regards to the artwork and design. In the retail world the chips are relatively similar and NOT the likes of Top Hat and Cane which I consider to be the GOAT.
We have made several lines of chips but we never advertised. I'm sure some of you may be familiar with our work but not our name. I will post a link once we complete the Site Vender set up. We don't want to break any rules or etiquette.

Welcome, I'm sure many are curious what you have to offer but as LeLe said - nothing is available via google yet :) Curiosity abounds.

So, ceramics, then?
The majority of what we do are ceramics. Ceramic allows more creativity in the design but more importantly getting quality clays has been difficult. Part of the reason I came to the forum was to identify a ceramic chip sample that I've had about 10 years. I would like to figure out who the manufacturer is so that we could do more with our clay collections.
I'm attaching a photo of the clays if anyone has any idea as to who produces them.
I greatly appreciate it.

Those look like BCC.

Edit: I mean the manufacturer is BCC (no longer in business). Blue Chip Company I believe. Rumor back in the days was BCC was part of Paulson family. Uncles cousins brothers something like that but they used a different formula than Paulson.

Too bad they are out of business. They are decent chips.

Hello Everyone,
You will be able to sign up for our email list @ www.cavaniochipclub.com The site is currently password protected while we finish working on the backend. We will have some limited edition sets available soon.

Cheers

Whatever became of the site?? Seems quiet around here :)
No offense to OP, but I would guess this didn’t draw too much interest here. Anyone can get ceramic chips designed with whatever they want at a low cost.

I’ll offend the OP. When I see the words “monthly subscription” what I hear is “we think you’re a chump with more money than brains so we’re going to take your cash from your account every month, forever.”

I’ve been trying out a non-offensive approach lately, but yes since you said it, that pretty much sums up my thinking as well.

I'm going to chime in as well.
Specifically about the subscription service.

It tells me you don't understand your audience.

If your audience is here, them you don't know your audience very well at all.

If you're selling sets, that might get some attention. After so many sets, your market is going to quickly saturate.
But it looks like you're going to be selling singles. "From artists worldwide." I'm not a single collector, but from what I gather, the singles that are collected, actually mean something to the collector. Such as having played at a property, historical significance, or something else that strikes their fancy.
And there are way fewer ceramics in singles collections than the traditional clay chips. So again, your market would either not buy, or quickly saturate.

So far, we don't like what we see. It doesn't make sense for our market. But, we want to help you if you have a product we are willing to buy.
