Other than the Borgota in AC, what other casinos use BJ V7s? I'm trying to get some design ideas. Thx

My favorites, from the Divi Carina in St. Croix:

Southern Elegance and Caesar's Palace at Sea have a nice design. No pics handy but a quick google search brings good results.

Not sure if they're V7s.

Why the hate on blue singles?

Twofold:

First, I'm in NJ. First exposure to casinos was Atlantic City; I trained and dealt here. NJ colors dictate that singles are white.

Second, the old standard for a red, white, blue poker set was that the blue chip was the most valuable. In fact, that's why stocks from the biggest, most valuable companies are called "blue chip stocks."

Between being into the etymology and having so much experience where white=$1, seeing blue singles just weirds me out.

Anyone near this place to harvest some chips if they are in decent shape?

Let's see.... 888 Nakoda Way, Kananaskis, AB T0L 1N0, Canada?

NOPE. Not near New Jersey. Anyone else?

Funny thought, when I saw the picture of the Nakoda chips - would love to harvest the $.50 and $5 for a relabel, but I'll get the $1's from the Borgata so they're not blue... how bad would it look if I got these blue chips and relabled them as a bigger denom?

Then I snapped out of it.

Same here. AC colors are my preference, but I do like Cali colors too. Less visible dirt on blue $1s. :)

even after i moved to NJ for a long time i preferred blue $1s just for the perceived novelty, but nowadays i'm back to liking white $1s.
