I'm 2 hours south of Tampa so I'll be heading up soon. I looked and it appears the poker tables have glass barriers that seem to change the feel of the game. I will probably head up and get my fix anyway. Nashville and the surrounding areas are really beautiful. Visited the area and traveled all around the outskirts like Franklin, loved it.
There was an interview with someone from the SouthPoint on the Gambling with an Edge podcast, and they are opening their poker room with 5 handed tables. I think he mentioned one other casino on the strip was intending to open their poker room, but plans weren't final everywhere yet.
