Looking to get family more involved in casino games but majority don't like or understand poker well enough to have fun playing it or in my wife's case she has terrible tells and just doesn't like poker.
Things we've already played on occasion,
Blackjack
Roulette
Horse racing
Bingo
Hi low
In between

Any other very simple games that anyone can play that's more about luck than skill so kids and novice players have the same odds of winning?

Get a horse race game. Craps is also great but a little difficult to play at home.

There's a few circus games I played many years back but names of them may have been slighy off or have names other than what my group of guys called them.
Polish poker, killer queen, guts, 7 card no peek.
I will be playing with them again in 2 weeks. Will bringing a pad of paper to write some of them down.
I think polish poker was their variation of chase the ace.

I suggest trying out Craps or Baccarat. Craps is all about the roll of the dice, and it can be super fun with a group. Baccarat, on the other hand, is mainly about guessing which hand will win, the player or the banker. I've had some fun evenings with family giving these a go, and it felt like a good mix of luck was involved.

Card games
Baccarat
Lucky 9
Paigow
Pepito

Dice games
Craps - casino layout not necessary, just play head to head, pass/don't and you can give each other odds
Cee-lo aka 123 aka 456 aka Shigoroku
Poker
Gourd, crab, fish aka Bầu cua cá cọp

When I was a kid we played Tripoli. I think it’s also known as rumoli? But you need a board or layout for that. It incorporates poker concepts.
