It is my understanding that chips from Atlantic City are forever live. That being the case, can someone tell me how one goes about cashing in the chips from a closed casino?

From what I was told by Ricky, a CC&GTCC guy who runs the AC Chapter, that is no longer the case anymore. The last I heard, Taj chips were redeemable at the Trop cage up to a certain date. I'm not aware of any other chips that are still redeemable. You can get more details from Ricky. I'm PM you his email address.

Please let us know results! I'd like to get a set of Revel samples, but everywhere I find seems to price them as if they're still live...

I didn't actually pursue this. I was asking because of collections of chips on eBay that have small quantities of Taj chips I want mixed with a bunch of AC chips I don't want. Was trying guage if it was worth the effort to cull them out and send them back for redemption. I have concluded that it's not.
