I recall seeing something like this years ago, but my google skills have yet to find it. I'm looking something like a wooden box I could keep on my desk that would hold 100 chips and a deck of cards. With just 2 of us, I was thinking 45 chips per person to start and the last few chips as high denom to rebuy. Anyone have suggestions?

Maybe look at Craigslist adds for wooden cases (in the size you're looking for) with cheap plastic chips, buy it, then throw away the chips or melt them to create something artistic.

I had a cheap wood box set up like this. I left it at @detroitdad's house. Neither one of us were fans of it really. I think I picked it up cheap on eBay.

What about a 200 chip carousel? That is the route I want to go next.

Something like this?

I think I gave the heads up case away. I'll try and look for it at some point this week. I'm pretty sure its long gone.

All my heads up sets are (40 x 25/40 x 100/20 x 500) and I keep them in these 100 chip wood cases that used to be everywhere on eBay.

But lately they have disappeared and the last ones I got were from Texas Poker Supply

Same type of layout but worked even better because they can handle 43mm chips as well.

Of course heads-up sets can fit in a rack if you keep to a 100 chip setup.

Yes, those are exactly the types I'm looking for. Not sure why I couldn't find them easier, but thanks to everyone for finding them for me.
