Do you always use a dedicated dealer?

That's the only thing that would bug me. I've seen people drop in a small filler when the chip rack is pulled out, which would work. But if I always had a dedicated dealer, that table is amazing.

For cash games we usually try and have a dedicated dealer. Not a bad gig, they can usually make $200-$300 for the night in tips. For tournaments, I usually deal and play (which I hate doing), unless someone wants to deal.
