Pretty sound investment on a guy who's probably super good at poker, despite hitting hard financial times lately. I'm sure he had to pay for his sister's kidney transplant or something, that completely busted his BR... I mean, he's all but guaranteeing you'll get a 300k win on the books. right?

In his defense, if he's offering 50% of the potential winnings, he's suggesting that you're only "risking" $400 to have a 50% equity stake in his results. Totally worth it!
