Looking for the source material... I remember a short essay/blog post/??? from Ed Miller a long time ago. I can't remember if it's in one of his books or from an old 2+2 post. He talks about which is a bigger mistake: folding every time you get a royal flush, or limping one too many hands per orbit (or something similarly "small" and frequent). I'm teaching some friends poker and this was such a great demonstration of using solid fundamentals that I wanted to share it with them but now I can't seem to find it anywhere.
