I'm building a 10-person table and gonna put LED's in the raised rail. Anybody have experience on the best lights to use?

My recommendations, in no particular order...

1. Go with white only not rgb(w).
I went with warm white (3000K)

2. Go with COB or at least 120/m.
I went with 120/m and need to diffuse it for it not to spot - which is fine.

3. Install into an aluminium profile for heat sink purposes.
You don't have to but it will help your LED strips last longer.

4. Get a dimmable driver.

5. Don't be tempted to go the cheapest route available.

I've only built a single table so those with more experience will have better advice but the above was the criteria I ended up at.

I love playing poker, too, and I had the same question when making my poker table. I discovered that the best lights for this are those flexible LED strips. They're super easy to put on; you can cut them to fit exactly how you need, and you get to pick from lots of colours and light levels to make your poker nights look cool.
