wow other than the shadows that looks great

Probably going to get the next model up. Epson V600 I think. Once I get the PokerChipDB.com migration done, I was going offer a free scanning service.

Just open the image in photoshop and crop the background out and put on a solid white, black, or green background.
When I used to scan a lot of chips, I would always put a piece of dark black card stock on top of chips before closing scanner lid. This will help eliminate the shadow.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. I like that I can scan multiple chips at one time and it will auto crop them into individual images.

I ended up getting the V600 model. Gotta love Amazon Sunday delivery. Less shadows for sure.

how many chips can you scan at once?

As many as I can fit on the glass bed with a little space between them. I did the BB all at one time. Plenty of room for more.
